Clubster · Owner Dashboard

Create event series that perform.

This guide is for events created in the Owner Dashboard. For one clean daily event, use the Event Manager flow.

Use the right tool: Event Manager = one daily event. Owner Dashboard = recurring series, special events, and duplicates.

Step-by-step

Publish an event.

  1. Open Owner Dashboard and go to Events.
  2. Create a new event or duplicate an existing one.
  3. Fill title, time, price, ticket URL, and description.
  4. Add tags and images.
  5. Set status to Published when ready.
Best practices

Make events readable in seconds.

  • Title: short and clear, no date/time.
  • Cover image: bright, readable, high contrast.
  • Tags: choose what is dominant, not everything.
  • Ticket link: always valid and clean.
Speed

Duplicate recurring nights.

  • Duplicate recurring events to save time.
  • Update date, lineup, and ticket URL only.
  • Review the publish status each time.
Visibility

Combine with marketing tools.

  • Use Boost for high-impact nights.
  • Send Pushes to followers shortly before start.
  • Premium can keep your brand visible all month.
Owner Ops Playbook

Marketing-technical execution flow for stable event performance.

  1. Set the series baseline: weekday, timeslot, audience profile, and visual pattern.
  2. Give each edition one clear hook (lineup, special, guest, or venue USP).
  3. Standardize push/promo timing: early awareness, late activation.
  4. Place boosts only on slots with realistic conversion potential.
  5. Run post-event review: views, clicks, saves, and repeat-visit signals.
Owner vs Event Manager

Keep responsibilities clean to reduce friction.
