What is ClubBoost?

ClubBoost is a radius-based visibility boost for your venue in Clubster. You choose how far around your location you want to appear more prominently, and on which days the boost should be active.

It’s ideal for big events, new openings, festival weekends or any night where you want to make sure people nearby see you first.

How pricing works – simple and transparent

ClubBoost uses the following pricing model (based on your owner dashboard configuration):

• 400 tokens per kilometre per day
• Minimum radius: 1 km
• Maximum radius: 25 km

A “day” is counted as a 24 hour window from 03:00 to 03:00 (local time). You choose the days – Clubster calculates the total token price in real-time.

Examples

• Radius 5 km, 1 day → 5 × 400 = 2000 tokens
• Radius 10 km, 2 days → 10 × 400 × 2 = 8000 tokens
• Radius 3 km, 3 days → 3 × 400 × 3 = 3600 tokens

The Promote tab always shows your token balance and total cost before you confirm.

When is ClubBoost active?

Boosts are time-bound and date-based:

• You select one or more calendar days in the ClubBoost card
• For each selected day, your boost is active from 03:00 to 03:00 the next day
• You can book multiple days at once (for example a whole festival weekend)

Past boosts and status (scheduled, active, completed) can be seen in the boost history.

What guests see during a boost

Details may change over time, but generally a ClubBoost can mean:

• More prominent placement for your venue in the feed and nearby lists
• Higher visibility on maps and carousels within the selected radius
• A stronger chance to be discovered by guests who are just opening the app to see “What’s around?”

Boost does not replace Premium – it adds a temporary spike to your visibility on specific days.

How to book a ClubBoost

1. Open your club in the owner dashboard and go to the Promote tab.
2. Scroll down to the ClubBoost – Higher visibility card.
3. Use the slider to pick your desired radius in km (between 1 and 25 km).
4. Tap “Choose days” and select one or more dates you want the boost to run.
5. Check the total cost (tokens) and compare it with your token balance.
6. Confirm the purchase – Clubster books and activates your boosts for the chosen days.

Good use cases for ClubBoost

• Grand opening weekend for a new venue
• Special concepts like label nights, takeovers or once-a-year events
• Festivals or extended holiday weekends with higher competition
• Slow periods where you know there’s demand but you need that little extra visibility
