What is Club Premium?
Club Premium is your always-on visibility upgrade for Clubster. While ClubBoost and push campaigns are ideal for specific nights, Premium keeps your venue visually highlighted whenever guests browse nightlife in your city.
Premium venues look more attractive in lists and on the map, and are easier to discover when users don’t yet know where to go but are simply exploring what’s around.
What Premium changes in the app
Depending on the version and UI, Premium may include:
- More prominent highlighting in venue lists and the feed
- A visible Premium badge so guests recognize you as a featured venue
- Better placement when users filter or browse nearby clubs and bars
- Future UX improvements like curated carousels or “recommended venues” sections
The idea: if someone opens Clubster regularly, your venue should feel familiar and present – not hidden on page 3.
Token pricing for Premium
Premium is paid with the same token balance that you use for push campaigns and ClubBoost. You can activate two simple plans:
- 1 month Premium –
1000 tokens - 6 months Premium –
5000 tokens
You’ll see your current token balance, the price of each plan and your Premium status directly in the Promote tab of the club editor.
When to use which plan?
- 1 month – perfect for testing, seasonal peaks, a new opening or a rebranding phase
- 6 months – ideal if you’re convinced and want predictable visibility with a lower price per month
You can always top up tokens separately – Premium just uses that shared balance.
What happens when Premium expires?
If your Premium period ends and you do not renew:
- Your venue stays fully visible in Clubster – just without Premium highlighting
- You can reactivate Premium at any time as long as you have enough tokens
- Existing events and followers are not affected
How to activate Club Premium
- Open the Promote tab for your club in the owner dashboard.
- Find the Club Premium card at the top.
- Check your token balance and choose either 1 month or 6 months.
- Confirm the purchase – tokens are deducted, and Premium becomes active immediately.
- See until when your Premium is valid and how many days are left.
You can combine Premium with ClubBoost and push campaigns: Premium is your base layer of visibility, pushes and boosts are your spikes.
