(1) These terms apply to the use of the website of Nuvexonix (sole proprietorship) under nuvexonix.com and related language versions/subpages (for example /de, /en).

(2) The website provides product information, help content, support routing, and Clubster Business web functions (registration, login, verification, account management, checkout).

(3) Use of the mobile "Clubster" app is governed by separate app documents. These website terms do not replace app-level terms.

Use of the website and web accounts

(1) Website use is generally free of charge and subject to these terms and applicable law.

(2) The website is primarily intended for adults. Minors may use it only with consent of legal guardians.

(3) For Clubster Business web areas, you must provide accurate data, keep credentials confidential, and use account functions only for legitimate business purposes.

(4) If there is a security risk or misuse indication, we may temporarily restrict access or suspend specific features.

Website content and accuracy

(1) Website content (text, visuals, help content) serves product explanation and operational support.

(2) We aim for current and accurate information, but cannot guarantee absolute completeness or error-free status. Differences between app versions, regions, or release states may occur.

(3) Product descriptions can be simplified for readability. The actual in-app feature set is decisive.

Copyright and trademark rights

(1) Content, logos, brand names, designs, graphics, and product names are protected by applicable IP law.

(2) Reproduction, editing, or distribution is only allowed within legal limits or with prior written permission.

(3) Private, non-commercial use of website content is permitted within the normal legal framework.

Misuse and prohibited behavior

In particular, the following is prohibited:

• Bypassing security controls or unauthorized system access,
• Excessive automated scraping beyond normal technical use,
• Malware distribution or attack behavior (for example DoS),
• Any usage violating applicable law.

We may technically block misuse and take legal action where necessary. To secure sensitive web flows, we may use automated security mechanisms such as Google reCAPTCHA v3 and Firebase App Check. Details are described in the Privacy Policy.

(1) We strive for stable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

(2) Maintenance, product updates, or third-party infrastructure issues may cause temporary limitations.

Liability limitations
