These terms apply to the mobile Clubster app and closely connected Clubster Business web workflows (for example registration, login, verification dashboard, and checkout). Purely informational pages of the website may be governed by separate website terms.

These terms apply to all use of Clubster, whether in guest mode, registered user mode, or operator/business workflows.
Role of NUVEXONIX
NUVEXONIX provides a digital platform for nightlife discovery, planning, and business operations. NUVEXONIX is not itself the organizer of listed events and is not the venue operator of listed locations unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Event visits, ticketing, venue access rules, and on-site services are handled by respective third-party operators.
Guest mode, user accounts, and operator accounts
- Guest mode: limited functionality without full account features.
- User account: required for full social and planning features.
- Operator account: requires verification before specific business features are enabled.
Users are responsible for accurate registration data and account credential security.
Behavior rules and prohibited conduct
The following is prohibited in Clubster and connected workflows:
- Illegal, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or deceptive content.
- Fake accounts, impersonation, or manipulation of ratings, votes, or reporting systems.
- Spam, unauthorized promotional abuse, or malicious automation.
- Bypassing security controls, unauthorized data access, or system attacks.
User content and platform rights
Users remain responsible for content they submit. By submitting content, users grant NUVEXONIX a non-exclusive right to process and display such content for platform operation, moderation, and service functionality.
Reporting, review, and sanctions
Report channels are available for suspected abuse or inaccurate content. NUVEXONIX may warn, limit, hide, or remove content and may temporarily or permanently suspend accounts where required to protect users, operators, and platform integrity.
Feature scope and service availability
Feature availability can evolve over time. NUVEXONIX may update, extend, or retire features. No uninterrupted availability guarantee is provided; maintenance and technical downtime may occur.
Business subscriptions and paid modules
Certain operator features may require paid plans. Subscription terms, checkout confirmation, billing status, and access rights are handled through dedicated business workflows.
Liability limitations
Liability is governed by applicable law. For non-essential losses, liability may be limited to cases of intent, gross negligence, or breach of essential obligations within legal boundaries.
Ending usage
Users may stop using the app at any time. Account deletion can be requested via app options or by contacting support@nuvexonix.com. NUVEXONIX may suspend or terminate access in severe abuse cases.

Applicable law, jurisdiction, and changes
