Community Guidelines & Moderation

What is allowed on Clubster, how we moderate, and how fast we respond to reports.

Clubster connects people around nightlife, clubs, bars and events. To keep the platform safe and useful, every user must follow these rules. We act on every report and aim to respond within 48 hours.

§ 01

Was du teilen darfst

Real photos and information about clubs, bars and events.

Constructive reviews of venues you have actually visited.

Friendly chat in event threads and groups.

Honest profile info — username, photo, optional bio + city.

§ 02

Was nicht erlaubt ist

Hate speech, harassment, threats, doxxing, calls for violence.

Sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance, immediate ban + report to authorities.

NSFW / explicit nudity outside age-restricted contexts.

Spam, fake reviews, brigading, paid astroturfing.

Fraud, phishing, fake-event scams, ticket resale fraud.

Impersonation of clubs, brands or other people.

Drugs / weapons offers; promotion of illegal services.

Copyright infringement (other peoples photos, logos, music, footage).

Spreading malware or links to malicious sites.

§ 03

Wie wir moderieren

Server-side text filter for slurs and hate speech (banned-word list, normalized matching).

Manual review of all incoming reports by Nuvexonix support staff.

Automatic rate-limits to slow down brigading and report abuse.

Audit log for every moderation decision (kept 6 years for compliance).

§ 04

Antwortzeiten — unser Versprechen

We acknowledge every report within 24 hours (automated confirmation when in-app reporting is used).

Manual triage and decision: typically within 48 hours.

Imminent danger or CSAM: immediate action — usually within 4 hours, escalated to authorities.

Complex disputes (counter-statement, club-owner appeal): up to 7 days; we keep both sides updated.

§ 05

Konsequenzen bei Verstoessen

Soft warning + content removal for first-time minor violations.

Temporary suspension (24h–30d) for repeated or moderate violations.

Permanent ban + device-fingerprint blacklist for severe violations (CSAM, fraud, doxxing).

Loss of verified-owner status, plan downgrade or refund withhold for verified-business breaches.

For criminal content we cooperate with German law enforcement (BKA / LKA / Staatsanwaltschaft).

§ 06

Wie du etwas meldest

Profile: tap the menu in the upper-right and choose "Report".

Club / Event / Review: open the overflow menu (⋮) → "Report a problem".

Threads / messages: long-press the message → "Report".

Off-app contact: support@nuvexonix.com — include URL or screenshot.

Urgent CSAM / immediate danger: contact local police first, then notify us at support@nuvexonix.com with subject "URGENT".

§ 07

Einspruch & Wiederherstellung

If your account was suspended, you can appeal via support@nuvexonix.com within 30 days.

Provide your username + reason. We re-review and reply within 7 days.

On confirmed mistakes we restore the account and notify you.
